The On-Demand Workout library isn't just a cool feature, it adds convenience, adaptability and variety to our Aesthetic Membership. But don't stress, these are add-ons, not expectations, they are there for you so you don't have to search on YouTube how to ease shoulder pain, or look for an ab workout to finish off your session...

Away for a week with work? Find a 'Dumbbell Only' workout to substitute into your programme.

Got a sore lower back? Focus more on recovery with 'Mobility Workouts' designed to target all common areas of tightness.

Or only got 30 minutes to train? Sub in a 'HIIT Workout' instead of your 45 minute weights session , ranging from 10-30 minutes.

FAQ's

What is included in the membership?

You'll get a structured 3-day-per-week workout program based on your chosen aesthetic (Lean, Strong, or Fit), access to the Trainerize app, a full on-demand workout library (HIIT, mobility, abs, warm-ups, cool-downs), and weekly coaching tips inside a supportive community group.

Am I working with a coach?

Not 1-1. Our coaches build every phase uniquely based off of past exercises, clever progression and importantly, the direction fo the workout plan. 
But no you do not work 1-1 with our coaches. For more info on 1-1 coaching visit the online coaching page.

How do I download the app? 

As soon as you've chosen your Aesthetic and signed up, you'll be sent an email inviting you to download the app.

How long does the membership last?

This isn't a course, this is the start of a life-long fitness routine. The programme will consistently update every month, based on clever progressions and the programme direction. 
There is no end to the membership, you can work with us for 3 months, a year or for the rest of your gym-going days. 

Can I work on my nutrition?

For clients seriously interested in nailing their diet, we recommend our 1-1 coaching. Why?
Because nutrition is complicated, and we don't believe that a 'self-guided' membership will truly benefit you.
However, nutrition and diet is definitely a topic in our community group and weekly coaching tips.

How does the fitness app work?

Our app allows you to easily follow even the more complex workouts.
Track and input weight and reps for planned progression and weekly results.
See form videos for EVERY exercise, so you know you're doing it right.

Is the membership beginner friendly?

Absolutely, but it also invites experienced lifter too. Your workout programme begins beginner friendly, meaning you'll cover basic movements and exercises before advancing to anything too technical. As you progress through each phase, your workouts will become  more advanced based off of what you have already done. And if you're still struggling, you have form videos paired with EVERY exercise to support your training

Can I switch between the programmes?

If you choose a programme direction but later on decide you want to change, that's okay! However you will be set back to phase 1 of the other programme if you decide to switch.

Do I need a gym membership to do the workouts?

The core workouts in each programme are centred around access to a kitted gym. This can be altered and adapted for one off periods away from the gym, with switchable exercises and the on-demand workout library.
However, to get the full value out of the programme, we recommend you find a gym that is kitted with the most common equipment.
