Cancellation Policy

Mobile Massage Booking Policy — Aesthetic Coaching Club To ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and your therapist, please review the following booking policy for all mobile massage treatments: Booking & Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all new bookings. Please ensure you provide accurate address details at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full. Payment Payment is due prior to the treatment via the online booking system. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Client Home Requirements Please ensure there is enough space to set up a massage table (approximately 2m x 1.5m). The environment must be clean, quiet, and free from disruptions. For safety and hygiene, pets should be kept in another room during treatment. Access to handwashing facilities is required before and after the session. Health & Safety A short consultation will be completed before your first session to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. If you feel unwell or are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if they feel the environment is unsafe or unsuitable. Respect & Professionalism This is a professional massage therapy service. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and full charges will apply. Please respect your therapist’s time by being ready at the agreed time.
